Good bye cold sheep

Today I broke my yarn buying diet and ordered 3 skeins and a circular needle to participate in the next MKAL for a shawl of Curious Handmade. No regrets!

Finally a day with no hubby taxing and no appointment of my own, so I opened the bike commute season 2018. Lost a lot of fitness, but it felt really good to get back in the saddle. Even though I think I need a new bike at some point in 2018.

2 Months 2018 gone

Not so good: did not keep up with cooking challenge and have 67.4kg weight = too much

Good: Finished two pair of socks from 2016

Need to get back to riding my bicycle to work now that the cold spell is hopefully over.

Week 3

Reha, Pilates and one run, no new recipe.

Knitting on the second sleeve of Autumn Song and am reknitting the second sock foot for hubby's socks. Ordered new glasses.

Was sick, so no sport, but did try a new recipe: Cheese Burger from Herr Grün's cook book.

Went to Pilates and Reha, swam 1000meter and run 6.2 km. Tried one new recipe.

Recipe 1

First recipe Spaghetti with Kohlrabi. MyGuy's verdict was that seasoning might need tweaking, but the pesto from the leaves and the veggies were nice with the pasta.
